Division Winner
Philadelphia - 11-6
2026 Power Rank: 12th 2025 DVOA: 14th 2026 Schedule: 7th 2026 O-Line: 2nd Offseason: 13th
This offense is broken at 23rd in passing and 18th in rushing in '25. Barkley was 37th in YPC as his O-Line regressed. Like in New York, he needs good blocking to flourish. Hurts will need to improve without AJ Brown & can Smith be a #1 target? Top pick WR Lemon is key if Barkley struggles again. The D remains quality ranking 13th in YPG but 5th in PPG. GM Roseman, the top NFL GM has kept this team competitive despite questionable coaching & heavy OC & DC turnover. Still the class of the NFC East, but the other teams are closing in.
2nd Place Finish
Dallas - 10-7
2026 Power Rank: 16th 2025 DVOA: 22th 2026 Schedule: 29th 2026 O-Line: 18th Offseason: 15th
QB Prescott led yet another top-5 offensive performance even though the O-Line regressed to the NFL middle. Securing WR Pickens for '26 was key. The kicking game is the NFL's best. They were doomed by the 32nd (last) ranked defense which gave up 100 more points than 2/3 of the league. While not sold on Coach Schottenheimer, additions on defense are encouraging: #1 pick S Downs, LB's Ezeirauku/Gary, returning injured LB Overshown & CB Durant gives much promise. Beware 4th toughest schedule, but we are bullish, possible Div. title.
3rd Place Finish
New York - 8-9
2026 Power Rank: 20th 2025 DVOA: 26th 2026 Schedule: 24th 2026 O-Line: 17th Offseason: 2nd
The Giants were better than 4-13 in '25 going 1-7 in 1-score games & blowing 5 10-point leads while playing the 4th toughest schedule since 1970. Add Harbaugh & other top coaches, plus a top draft to bolster an improving O-Line & #31 rush defense. Losing top DT Lawrence hurts but the D has young improving playmakers in Burns, Thibodeaux, Carter & vet Edmunds. The pass rush is elite. The offense is promising, finishing 13th in YPG despite losing Nabors/Skattebo early & should improve in Darts 2nd year with several FA additions. Ascending team.
4th Place Finish
Washington 7-10
2026 Power Rank: 21st 2025 DVOA: 23rd 2026 Schedule: 25th 2026 O-Line: 24th Offseason: 9th
QB Daniels' 12-win '24 crashed down in an injury filled 7-game season ranking 28th in pass RTG. The D was worse ,finishing last in YPG & 27th in PPG. Despite quality OT Tunsil the O-Line is lowly ranked. A healthy Daniels will help & D additions Kinlaw, Oweh, Chenal, Chaisson & rookie Styles bode well for much improved defense. This is a hard team to handicap. Daniels return to glory & Quinn getting defensive additions to jell are key. We think they battle the Giants for 4th but are much more competitive than '25's 27th point differential.
