Division Winner
Detroit - 11-6
2026 Power Rank: 6th 2025 DVOA: 3rd 2026 Schedule: 1st 2026 O-Line: 13th Offseason: 25th
The Lions bumbled through '25 finishing last despite the best metrics in the division with the 3rd highest NFL DVOA rank & 4th best scoring offense, not to mention the NFL's 8th best point differential. The O-Line has regressed outside the top-10 but adding rookie RT Miller & C Mayes are a plus. The D, 28th in 2023 points allowed, to 5th in '24, sank to 22nd in '25 without DC Glenn. We are all-in on Detroit bouncing back & winning the division with the easiest NFL schedule.
2nd Place Finish
Chicago - 10-7
2026 Power Rank: 13th 2025 DVOA: 16th 2026 Schedule: 27th 2026 O-Line: 4th Offseason: 22nd
Coach Johnson elevated the Bears in '25 with a massive upgrade to our now 4th ranked O-Line & improvement at QB. But we see QB Williams as somewhat overrated with mediocre metrics (16th and 22nd in QB ratings) despite flashy plays. He has plenty of weapons. Question marks at D-Line & losing both starting Safeties are concerning. We see regression from an easy '25 schedule & close wins should revert to losses some. Plus we graded their offseason 22nd. But this team is talented & will be a tough out in the competitive NFC. Possible Wild Card.
3rd Place Finish
Green Bay - 10-7
2026 Power Rank: 15th 2025 DVOA: 11th 2026 Schedule: 17th 2026 O-Line: 28th Offseason: 18th
Two crushing losses to the Bears doomed their 9-7-1 '25. The Pack lost some WR's and some quality defensive players (11th ranked D) this offseason & starts '26 without stud Parsons. This is not your Pack O-Line of old either which we rank 28th. Top-10 QB Love will generate wins but this "limited star" team is regressing. They'll need a healthy WR Watson & a boost in Golden's involvement. A mediocre strength of schedule should have them in the playoff hunt for a Wild Card but we see a '26 reset of sorts as they retool the roster in a tough division.
4th Place Finish
Minnesota - 9-8
2026 Power Rank: 18th 2025 DVOA: 18th 2026 Schedule: 16th 2026 O-Line: 14th Offseason: 18th
Coach O'Connell made magic at 9-8 in '25 despite horrible QB play where they were 4-2 in the division & won their last 5 games with the 29th ranked pass attack. New QB Murray was iffy in his 5 '25 games averaging less than 200 YPG. That said, in this star-studded offense he can make hay if the O-Line, which we see as underrated at #14, improves. It is anchored by top-5 tackle duo Darrisaw & O'Neill. Respected DC Flores D ranked 3rd in YPG and 7th in points allowed for a defense lacking big name players. Sleeper Wild Card team here.
